The Experience
1. The Assignment
After splitting into smaller breakout groups of 4-5 individuals, each participant receives a detailed instruction sheet for their exclusive segment. This segment may be a small part of the big puzzle, but only they will be the masters of this segment. Without their expertise, the final piece will be incomplete. At this point, no one knows their group word or final phrase.
2. The Mastery
15-20 minutes of focused practice with expert guidance. Master your segment until you can execute it flawlessly. Your team is counting on you.
3. The Mini Reveal
Groups come together to see their word taking shape. Each person adds their segment and the team works together to refine and perfect their particular word.
4. The Construction
One by one, each group comes forward to the front of full team, and each participant within the group scripts their perfected segment on the final canvas. The mystery composition builds sequentially as every team member adds their contribution. The tension and excitement grow with each addition.
5. The Revelation
The complete phrase is revealed. Your instructor explains what you've created together. See how each colored segment contributed to the stunning whole. This is the moment teams talk about for months.
6. The Keepsake
Your collaborative canvas masterpiece is ready to hang in your office as a permanent reminder of what your team accomplished together.
